I have been living here for about 3 months.. It’s definitely a cozy little apartment.. it’s definitely do able.. but the price is definitely not worth it.. everything in my apartment is really old or really cheap. I wasn’t told before moving in that the apartment is next to a very busy road so traffic is extremely busy all day and all night. It’s way to hot to keep the windows closed there is no air and no good air flow.. neighbors smoke outside there door and all the smoke comes in my apartment... the apartment complex behind my unit has many people outside partying all hours of the night… you can’t do anything here no BBQs, kids can’t even play outside… they do keep up on the property which is nice location is great… but if you want a home to come home to where you can relax after work this is not the place … your paying for location and that’s it

Unprofessional
I spent weeks searching and narrowed it down to Point Loma Bay Apartments being a perfect spot! I did my personal unscheduled tour of the area and then scheduled a viewing of the apartment. Viewed the apartment, got all the information I needed. 5 minutes after I left, they called me and said it was no longer available!

The availability is never accurate
This app keeps saying they have a two bedroom available now, but they don't , they never do, six months ago was the same thing , the app say is available , I come here and they say is not available , is very frustrating , and annoying, and irritating

Nice Location, poor quality
My one-bedroom apartment is located about a mile's walk from the beach and the neighborhood is quiet despite the few homeless persons wandering near a small ravine. The kitchen is small, but the space is ample for me to cook comfortably, if I am the only one in the kitchen. The two only windows in the apartment do not allow for sufficient airflow on hot days, and there is not AC in the apartment, so I am considering purchasing an AC unit. The washers/dryers (located in community area) are... outdated (like all of the appliances in my apartment) and have often left marks on my clothing. The parking usually plentiful, I have only had to park on the street a handful of times for the 6 months I have been living here.
