I’ve lived here for a year & it is overall a great apartment. The lawns are really well maintained. It is very family and pet friendly. Laundry room is well maintained and the washer/dryers almost always work & you can pay for your laundry through an app which is really convenient.
Inside the apartment is nice and clean. They spray regularly for spiders and check for termites. Which we haven’t had a problem with at all!
It does get VERY hot in the summers, so make sure to utilize the a/c or... get a good fan.
It’s great for transportation and for walking. Nice area I feel very safe living here.

Very disappointed!!!!
So I lived in this complex for 7 years while going to school to get my degree, loved it! Great community and attentive staff. They changed prop management about 4 months into us living there with no hiccups or complaints by us. Then when we were moving out in April of 2018 they switched management again in like March ish... our onsite manager at the time, whom I'm still in contact with, lived directly below us and our children played together had been in my home at least once a week assured me... that the deposit would cover any issues aka ripped screen, cracked cabinet door, broken slider on refrigerator drawer. She unfortunately left 2 weeks before our actual move out date. New management said no need for walk thru and no paperwork or inspection was ever offered or signed. So we move out and all went smooth I went back about 2 weeks later to turn in laundry key which I could not find the day of move out and still all is well. New faces but not a mention of a thing. ALL my mail was coming to my new address, my phone # and email never changed but somehow a full year later I'm in collections for 1700 dollars due to "damages" we neglected to fix!? First off we were never given the opportunity to "fix" anything nor were we aware of all the excessive "damage". I am in the middle of a small claims where even the old on-site manager is a witness for us. Also we tried NUMEROUS times to speak with Leah from the prop management company and were completely ignored. Be warned they are SHADY!

Mostly ok
First the Negatives: No Pool Tons of Crickets indoors Nosey Neighbors
The good: Friendly staff Quick Maintenance response Close to town center, 10 minute walk Upkeep is nice, lawn mowed every Friday
All in all its an OK place to live, however the price is about to increase dramatically on our unit, and we have no guarantee of receiving the same upgrades as the newer ones for the same price. I would love to live here a little longer if the price were to stay the same.

Best bang for the buck!
Moved in to fresh paint, carpet, and vinyl. Granite countertops and well maintained facilities. I've got 3 kids about half the time, and the kitchen and bath get a little cramped, but are still livable with a little creativity. The laundry facility (coin operated, $1.25/wash and dry) is always clean and well maintained. The on site play area is modern, safe, and large enough for huge gatherings. Only one window A/C unit in the living area makes fans an absolute necessity in the summer....
Walking distance to Santee Trolley stop and shopping area. Easy access to the 52, 67, and 8.
Looked at a lot of place. For the price (which includes utilities except for electricity) it can't be beat in SD county.
