Had the worst experience with the leasing agent Theresa, very unprofessional. I had to speak to a different leasing agent in another complex to get her to call me. She would never answer her phone and cancelled my showing appointment 15 min before the time over a text message. After I finally saw the place she told me she had already accepted an application but would take mine anyway and my non refundable $70, non refundable even though they wouldn't even run my credit if the first person got... approved. She seemed shady even suggesting that I would probably not get approved anyway without even checking my income or my credit first. I did a lot of looking around to know that she was just trying to scam me, the apartments are nice but having to deal with Theresa was a nightmare.
