An excellent place to live comfortably in the center

It’s a good environment and the amenities are up to standards of a city like SF.

Some management/leasing team members are rude and condescending. I have complained about noisy neighbors multiple times and they have not done anything to change it. Neighborhood is full of homeless people and people yelling in the street. They pump some weird/cheap fragrance in the hallways. Trash chute rooms are always destroyed and littered everywhere. The security in this building is horrible someone broke in my car and stole my stuff out of the garage! The management team is also the worst ever. No one ever has anything positive to say about this management and I know why. I have had COUNTLESS problems with management the whole time I have lived here. Unresponsive to rental assistance, charging for things that aren’t the resident’s fault, barred me from the resident portal, and very unhelpful! Trinity is an amazing building complex, near to day, afternoon and night events, venues, restaurants, landmarks places. Staff is pretty nice, neighbors are pretty nice and respectful, quiet even tough is in the heart of the city (except when ambulance passes by, but ey, emergency is happening) dog super friendly and cool amenities. If the right opportunities are given I’ll definitely renew my leasing contract.
