Greystar management is horrible. Non-responsive, avoidant, and will overcharge for utilities, "forget" to apply concessions to your account, and in my case, conveniently not respond to questions about getting my security deposit back after I've moved out

Packages are stolen all the time. The building management has not fixed this and even sent email recommending packages be shipped somewhere else because they can’t choose to not control the theft by managing it or getting a service to do so.

As a current resident, don't move here unless you enjoy having most of your packages stolen. Packages are delivered to a communal mail room and typically laid across the floor. A high number of packages "go missing" and do not make it to the residents unless they are quick to the mail room after delivery.
Management of the building is aware of the issue but continually blames the problem on "an issue between tenants" rather than implementing a package management system or Amazon Hub.
