Love living here with the accessibility to the farmer’s market, community green space and water features, multiple dog parks, the nearby park and sports field, and plenty of on-site parking options available.

They have a great maintenance team and security team. The property has issues but is still great and we love the neighborhood. But, they have the worst manager I've ever dealt with. Mean horrible human being.

Greystar management is horrific!! But Fatima at the Fillmore center is golden!! She literally has compassion, and professional… she has went above and beyond to help me in a crisis!!!!! Thank you for being a light for a company that is dark!!!!

Layout of the apartment is a bit odd. Really don’t like the bathrooms. 2br/2ba, both bathroom are inside the rooms. I don’t like the idea of guests going inside the rooms to use the bathroom. Also, the bathroom sinks are just open. The toilet and shower have privacy door but very cramped space. The design is very poor. I just moved and I found cockroaches on my first week in and I live on the higher floor.

Not good. I have been ignored by Management since August 27th via email. It is wild that I have not gotten any sort of communication to my concerns that I have expressed. This place is not all its cracked up to be.
