The community is ok as a whole, but i dont think the management actually looks at the work orders put in. At least from my unit. I put in a work order for my sink months ago. Then when i went to check on it. it showed that it had been canceled. I never canceled it. now my microwave is out and im hesitant to put in another work order and it not be honored.

I had expected it to be a better experience renting here. I’m not happy with the professional level of the people that work with the property management. My lease was already broken because I am dealing with a cockroach infestation issue in the whole building that I live in the employees give the maintenance people permission to enter my unit without my consent while I was here in the shower. And I am just a little bit late on my rent for the first time and they don’t give me any understanding... and I get a notice of being threatened to get evicted. I will never be renting from a place like this again. It was a mistake, especially when I am surrounded in an area that is not safe technically, the projects in a cockroach infested building and I pay 2600 a month for rent is outrageous
