1. Unexpected Costs: We faced over $1,000 in charges for cleaning, painting, and alleged damages that we believe were unfounded. Despite requesting a move-out inspection, we were denied access on the day of our departure. The staff insisted on taking photos themselves and told us we would receive their evaluation and statement later. We’ve asked for evidence supporting these charges but have yet to receive a response.
2. Rent Discrepancies: Although we moved out at the beginning of the month... and provided the required 30-day notice, we were billed for the entire month. Our dispute regarding this charge has gone unanswered.
Additionally, be aware that the garage door may be left open for extended periods, as the property seems to have limited focus on safety.

This apartment was build in 2020 so everything is quite new. The amenities are good, especially there is a yoga room. My unit is pool-facing and there is some noise especially when there is a party at the swimming pool but it is quiet at ordinary times. I like the gas stove and W/D is also quite new and easy to use. The garage is gated however one of gate has not been repaired for a while. The property managers are nice but you had better to double check the details by yourself because they may... make mistakes. So far the maintenance is quick. The apartment is close to Santana Row and it is only 5 mins drive. And it is close to 280 and 17 freeway.
