I recently moved into Modera San Pedro, and my experience so far has been excellent. Located right on San Pedro Street, it's in the perfect spot for anyone who enjoys having quick access to the best restaurants, bars, and entertainment that downtown San Jose has to offer. The convenience of being able to step out of the building and immediately be in the middle of all the action is unbeatable.
The building itself is modern and well-maintained, with a stylish design that creates a great first... impression. The amenities are fantastic as well, with a well-equipped fitness center, a beautiful rooftop lounge, and common areas that are perfect for socializing or getting some work done.
My only critique would be the size of the apartments. While they are well-designed and make good use of the space, the rooms are a bit smaller than what I had hoped for. A little more space would make living here even more comfortable, especially for those who plan to stay long-term.
