We all know that Marin has a severe lack of affordable housing. The prices at Lone Palm are fine for the area and the apartment is nice enough, but it's got some issues. First, it's really loud. There is noise from neighbors, deliveries, people turning around in the parking lot out front, and lots of street noise from being on a main street. Also, there are persistent bad smells in this area, from many sources. There's ongoing paint and construction work, smokers, BBQ, etc. that all add up to it... being a very unhealthy environment that I cannot recommend.
