Apatments are overpriced for being over ten minutes to any freeway entrance. No guest parking, no electric vehicles allowed, more money for a garage and pet each charged separately. No elevators.

Highlands Point: great place and amazing maintance team
We've spend in this property more than 3 years and we'd like to give management and maintenance team 5 start rating. They were always helpful and always available. Special shout out to Mendez brothers from maintenance: Sagrario, Rigoberto and Manuel, they were responsive and humble, excellent work guys!
We enjoyed our time here, thanks again!

Highlands Point
Has a luxury modern feel. The rooms are spacious with excepionally large kitchen and bathroom. The dining area is smaller in scale compared to the rest of the rooms, any dinette seating more than two is a tight fit. Comes with all major appliances which are nice but, not top of the line name brand along with knock off counter tops. There are some nice added features such as dim lighting, and window valances. The color scheme is very versatile and most decor would easily transition.There are... very nice amenities, including a club room, pool, cabana, exc. It seems more was invested in that area rather than investing in deluxe appliances for the units.Parking was not well planned for. Guest parking is basically non existent. Overall, for the area the rent price is very competitive. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a one-bedroom as far as the space aspect. It's very upscale for anyone just starting out. The location is great. Close to highway and shopping.

Up Up and Away!
I really like Highlands Point Apartment Homes because it is tucked in the San Ramon Hills and there are wonderful views of the mountains. Being tucked away gives you the sense of leaving the busy city but you are close enough to all the resources and city life you want! The grounds are kept up and the outdoor common area fireplace is a great place to socialize with friends and neighbors. The only thing this place needs is elevators!

The location is the best.
I looked at many places but it was not until I visited Highlands Point that I knew I was at the right place. The leasing office staff was the best! Quality of service and information was excellent, Cannot wait until I become a resident in 30 days. Highly recommended!
