First off they don’t have enough parking for atleast half the tenets. So congrats to the genius who thought of that.
Second no parking due to construction. Will most likely get a ticket or have to park half a mile or more away. That’s besides not being able to park at all during stadium events 100$ ticket every event.
Management is the worst, they don’t care. Definitely not renewing my lease. Don’t give these ppl your money

My experience was great .
My experience was great yes they do ask for a Bunch of things like 401k, pay stubs, bank verification, and they also do a verification on your landlord, back round check, credit history, and also they call your employer.yes I did wait weeks for everything to get verification but it’s worth it we have a one bedroom apartment Our two year old daughter loves it since before we had a studio at someone’s house thanks to Ana and Lillian for helping us

Unprofessional/ lack of communication
I applied to these apartments in late December, they lied about reaching out to my landlord and HR several times. They mentioned they emailed my references but my references never received anything, huge mess constantly going backs and fourth. It will be almost two months by the end of February my application is going nowhere. I decided to move somewhere else in which they refused to give me my $500 deposit. Studio is affordable but $150 for parking not worth it.

Applicants beware of low income criteria
Applicants beware, all that should be required upfront in order to be approved for these low income rentals is your last 7 bi-weekly paychecks(or paychecks according to pay frequency). They divide the total of the bi-weekly paychecks by 7 and multiply by 26 to determine your annual income. If it exceeds or does not meet the low income criteria, you are denied, period no discussion. Even if one week you received an unusual bonus or overtime which rarely happens and can skew the numbers, that’s... their algorithm and that’s what they go by. But before they tell you that they require all your other confidential information such as bank statements, 401k statements, SSN, paychecks, references, previous addresses all upfront. Plus they want the$250 cashiers check. This means multiple trips back and forth to give them all the documents and clarify any discrepancies. They set up an expectation that you are eligible by letting you see and choose which apartment you’d like prior to final approval. All in all, a very disappointing experience which could have been shortened by doing the numbers from the paychecks first.

If You don't ask they won't tell
They said they are new, just opened November 2022. Over the phone they tell you the units are low income based but when I got there they said "the low income units were no longer available " then there is additional $150 cost for parking. Non refundable holding deposit of $500(They won't tell you its non-refundable) meaning even if you give them the deposit and you don't qualify you dont get the holding deposit back. They dont let you see the actual until you are inquiring about until they get... the deposit (only the one on display). I ended up not going forward because it seemed sketch that they needed the deposit first before viewing the actual unit. And because they said the units were low income based over the phone, but that they were only available at full price when I got there. They are not straight forward wjen you ask a question regarding payment, so it made me feel like there may be other hidden fees/issues they are not disclosing in effort to close a sale.
