Wonderful staff and prime location for families
Our stay here was amazing. The manager on-site Kierra was always so helpful. She was quick and responsive to any questions and concerns. The location was perfect for us since it was walking distance to the park and shopping was just minutes away.

Excellent rental complex very well maintained & managed!
The apartment complex is very well managed, maintained, and the on-property staff is very knowledgable, professional, highly responsive and super helpful. This is a very good community to live in and I very highly recommend this apartment complex.

BEST MANAGEMENT TEAM!
I would like to say that this is my 3rd apartment that I've rented in a span of 6 years. And by far, this is the most enjoyable environment I've ever lived at. Part of it is because of the great neighbors around my apartment complex and the majority of it was because of the management team. Kierre is always on top of her stuff and her communication is excellent. The city turns the water off, we get an email and/or text notification hours in advance. She worked with me on a few maintenance... requests and is always very thorough with the request and job, making sure I was satisfied. Her Maintenace manager is Fred and he's such a charm to have around. When I input a request, it's acknowledged within minutes or and hour after I put the request and then set up an appointment to come in same day or he'll work with my schedule. I never had an issue with Kierre or Fred, they are the perfect team. My neighbors were awesome and if I hadn't lost some of my income due to COVID-19, I would have signed my 3rd year with Kierre and Fred. The property was clean, exterior of the property is beautiful and well taken care of. The grocery store is a walk away or a 1-2 minute drive, there's plenty of restaurants and a pretty cool park close by. The best thing about this is, it's a very affordable place to live.
