Stay away

Terrible management, ants, spiders, roaches, and rats infested. Garage constantly leaks grey water onto cars. Rent hikes even in a recession/pandemic.

Utilities break down all the time, apartment looks straight out of the 1940’s. Many people who stay here move out after the first year for obvious reasons
