I love living here!! I use the gym and pool regularly and both are always clean. I have never had a big issue here and even if I just have a small question the management here is so quick and helpful. The only con is the location but that’s what to expect on sepulveda, and it doesn’t even matter because the security is top notch so I feel very safe, and being right next to target (and Chinese food, liquor store, and zankou) is always great. All the amenities are great (rooftop bbq! business... center! game room!) and very cute units. Bit pricey but normal for what’s around. Definitely a five star apartment building particularly because of helpful and nice management :)
