Amazing Neighborhood

Great place to live with great neighbors! Also, Isabel is the property manager and she really takes care of the tenants. She's responsive and always puts us first. Always has her phone on her whenever you may need her and will address any issues and/or repairs quickly. Thanks Isabel!

Exceptional

I love this apartment and I will always be grateful for the property manager, Isabel for her exceptional professionalism and kindness. The staff/custodians, Cecelia and Nacho were wonderful and incredibly helpful. Whenever my mom and I needed help they would fix the problem in a timely manner.

I have been living at these apartments since 2006 and in fact moved back again around 2015 so I’ve lived here for twelve years altogether! I have never had a bad experience and the apartment itself is...
very comfortable and worth the price compared to other apartments. I will miss my neighbors immensely and will cherish this wonderful community. I highly recommend this apartment due to its great location near the 22 freeway and stores that aren’t even a mile away! Thank you so much Isabel for everything!

Very professional and honest manager

Because of the covid virus pandemic its very hard to find a place like Arrowhead that is being managed by Isabel. From the application to moving in she made sure that we have the mask on and sanitizer with us. It’s a self tour but Isabel will guide you that as if she is around. Very professional was approved the following day and move in after 3 days. She gave us the move in special as advertised.

Highly Recommend

I have been living at this apartment for 10 years, and I would say my experience here is amazing.
- Great manager & maintenance crew. Quickly response to tenants needs
- Safety & Quiet
- Awesome amenities: swimming pool, laundry facilities and large garage
- Beautiful landscape with lots of green
- Great neighborhood
- Very convenient, close to freeway, good school, super market, & great restaurant.

We love it here!

Arrowhead Apartments has been our humble abode for a few months now and what can we say? We love it here! (: The price that you pay for the space that you get cannot be found elsewhere! We always get compliments from our friends when they come over (the white cabinets, the grey flooring, and the overall modern feel). Also, we get a swimming pool right in the middle, so it’s close proximity for all.

Management here is great, respectful, and most of all, professional through it all. She gets...
things done quickly and is always on it.

The neighborhood is quiet and we love that metal doors were recently installed for extra security!
