Good Landlords makes a Difference

I am a creature of comforts. There are things about these apartments that I do not like. The walls and floors are thin, water is noisy traveling through pipes from upstairs units, and there's no AC. Having said that, when you have someone in a management position who is kind, adds nice aesthetic touches to the property, andfollows rules for the sake of all tennants comfort and security, it makes for a nice place to live. As of 2023, the landlord is in my opinion, the best landord I've ever had... . Her and her husband take care of problems the second they come up, they take responsibility for things that I've never seen anywhere else, they respond quickly to emergencies, enforce the rules strictly but are very understanding of situations, and are genuinely just good people. I moved in, had a few problems, and they immediately resolved them. While I miss some of my comforts and I feel the pricepoint is way too high, they have made all the difference. The pool and gym are nice, elevators must be so convenient for people when moving, its clean and inviting, and it allows cats which was good news for me. Maybe in the future with old buidlings like these there will be a way to better insulate and dampen noise from neighbors and plumbing, but overall I'm adapting well to it and so grateful to have responsible adults looking out for their tenants, rather than a snotty management company that ignores complaints and whose cheap solutions to serious issues end up causing more problems in the future like several of my previous apartments. COVID was rough and the neighborhood was really starting to go downhill, but thanks to some security features at this place, I've feel more safe here than another complex I lived at up the same street.

DO NOT LIVE HERE.

This place is not a good place to live in if you want to have a peaceful environment. Their kids running around , yelling and being obnoxious and disrespectful to others . They also started letting small dogs in and their dogs bark and you can through the walls and it’s annoying. In some apartments theirs also roaches, spiders and ants. And in the front on the building theirs a water fountain that sound like someone is pissing. And it’s really super annoying of the people that live in the... apartments in front of the fountain to here that all day. For the price your paying it’s not worth moving here.
