Property is ok, uses Conservice the utility express company to pay for water, garbage, and sewer if you live here, be aware that you will get charged twice or triple the regular amount of your utilities!!, you will get charged every month and on top of that the same amount or more when you get out of the property.
Had to pay close to $1000 for 4 months!!

Very poor experience with Brookside. It took them 3 weeks to approve us and we had already found another place because it took them so long. They now are holding on to our security deposit because they said we only have 72 hours to cancel. We were in a time crunch so had to make a decision and them taking forever was the sole reason why we went somewhere else and because of that they're holding on to our money.

Is a wonderful place to live .... I moved from a up stairs apt because of knee problems to a down stairs apt I thought it was going to be a big problem in doing this but they were happy to help me out with my situation I had just moved in the upstair apt 7months earlier and they let me take my time moving. It's a clean,friendly and quite gated apartment!!!

I have been living here for many years. Apts are comfortable, office staff and maintenance are excellent.
