Home is where the heart is...

I'm so happy to call Villa Seville home. This has by far been the best apartment living experience I've ever had and I've lived in a lot of apartments throughout Los Angeles over the years. The building was brand new when we went to take a look at it and we fell in love at first sight. From the tray ceilings, crown molding, granite countertops, wide plank wood floors, high-end stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and huge spa-like shower that make it feel so luxurious to the... landscaping outside, the attention to detail is superb. The neighbors are friendly, quiet, and respectful. I especially appreciate our on-site manager, Christine, who has been extremely responsive, helpful, and professional. My only complaint would be that grills of any kind are prohibited which would be the only reason I might consider leaving; that and it doesn't have a pool but the grill is more important to me. When I'm on vacation, I look forward to returning to my beautiful apartment! Let's not forget about the location which is within walking distance of the Farmers Market on Sundays and all of the shops and restaurants Ventura Blvd has to offer. If you're looking for a stress-free, luxurious apartment in a great location, look no further!
