Move in was mostly smooth. I got a renter's insurance before the move in date (as i was asked to) but during the move in process on the website, i was also enrolled in yet another renter's insurance (which i have given a letter to the office to stop). There were some electrical and plumbing issues, which got addressed quickly. It is a bit confusing to use tamarid square website vs resident experience app vs bilt rewards vs community rewards. Other than these few things that can be improved, i... like this place and so far so good.

The water pump next door is quite noisy, and the heating costs for the pool are rather expensive. Additionally, the promised welcome gifts were no longer provided after the manager's departure. Overall, the experience was just average.

The community is very nice but the ant infestation is pretty bad. If it wasn’t for the ants it would be 5 stars. Maybe not all the units are affected as badly as mine
