Overall rating We've lived in this complex since 2008 and for the most past its been a good experience. The corporation has changed hands several times and some owners have been better than others. Sofi is one of the good ones overall though I wish you would employ more maintenance workers.

There are a... (Verified Renter)
There are a couple of things that I would like to see but in general we are very happy with our home here and we think the staff is great. My patio floods when it rains and stays flooded, doesn't drain. It seems that it should drain. I would like to see if that could be corrected.

It was just ok. I felt like for the price I paid, the interior, lighting, and appliances would have been upgraded. The place felt a little cheap for the price I paid.
