They would not return security deposit on time, and when they did, they charged a late charge wrongly because the system automatically did it. Been waiting for the refund forever and I doubt they will pay out. Just gonna forget it but feel a need to leave a review about it. Lived at this place for years, but since the new owner took over, rent increased maximum every year whilst living conditions didn’t match up to it. A lot has happened that was quite upsetting and annoying, to the point where... I thought they were doing things intentionally to drive all the old tenants out for financial gains. Finally had to call it quits, wondering why we hadn’t done it sooner. The deposit not returned on time and not in full was almost expected. You’ll be penalized if you’re late, but they will not fulfill their end of the bargain. Go figure. I understand that it’s a for-profit company and so I don’t expect a people-centered & friendly landlord, but at least be professional and do things right.

Rude office ladies and century old apartment
I would have given zero stars if there was an option. This apartment has the worst and rudest front office staff, the two ladies don’t know how to talk to the tenants and for all issues they ll say I know but i can’t help. The apartments are around a century old so the maintenance guys will be in your apartment every week to fix the piping and plumbing work. Do your self some favor and stay away from this building.

Broken plumbing system, rats and bad customer service
The worse building that I've lived in. The pipes were always clogged up and nasty dirty black water comes up in your sink and tubs the water leaks from the upper or next door unit all the time.
The manager is very rude and will retaliate against you if you complain I've seen several rats in the courtyard - the area is know to have critter but not so much rats
The biggest mistake I've made was to rent at this property
