Rancho Tierra: Safe Quiet Nest for Families

I moved in to Rancho Tierra Apartment Homes in July of 2014. We were expecting our first son in about a month so we wanted to move somewhere that was larger than our previous home and carpeted for my newborn's future crawling activities. Though at first we were cautious because of the price of the apartment, we figured that the price was well deserved. The Irvine Company delivers great quality from my own experience. We live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment and we pay $2,100 a month but that is... because we had to add $75 for a dog and cat rent combo. The original cost was $2,025.

The community is quiet, which is perfect for us. I am a graduate student and I need a good amount of concentration time. My wife is able to take peaceful strolls with our son and he can actually take a nap while outside. There is plenty of shade from the numerous trees growing on the property. The neighbors have always been kind. There has not been any real downsides from living here. Even if we had problems with our apartment, the maintenance team is very quick to find resolutions. Even the general manager has stopped by to make sure we were comfortable in our home.

Washer and dryer in unit
Dish Washer in unit
Capacity for high speed internet and cable
Carport with storage
Plenty of additional parking, the parking lot is hardly ever at max capacity
Laundry room with industrial washers and dryers

Close to numerous parks
24 hour fitness is close by if you don't want to use the cardio and weight rooms on site

Classic Irvine Co. Apt near major shopping

A well maintained property on the east side of Tustin Marketplace. Close to Shopping, a movie theater, and plenty of parks nearby. Dog friendly, but not to a fault. There is ample parking too. the apartments themselves received an upgrade in 2009, and the granite counter tops and brand new appliances make living here comfortable as well as appealing, I would rate five stars if not for the rent price...breaks down to roughly $1000 a room.

Rancho Tierra

The apt itself is nice. Walls are pretty soundproof. Square footage is plenty. Only thing is they keep going up on rent. Which is awful for us as a family working and struggling to survive financially. And the fact that the property is older, i think maybe they should not keep going up on rent. They might price us out pretty soon. Maintenance is superb. Whenever we need something fixed, they are on it very quickly. And management here are very professional.

Great Place to Live!

I moved out this way in February of this year. I am so happy I did my research and found a place that lived up to my expectations. We are in a great school district and the building is always keep clean and is quite.
I love the food trucks they bring in weekly and the free events of funnel cake at the pool when you are least expecting it.
We are very happy we moved to Rancho Tierra.
