AVOID!!!

After 3 years, I can hardly wait to leave this place behind. In this time we have seen management go from resort level to essentially incompetent, and it's a shame. For well over 2 months now my family and I have been dealing with almost constant loud music, yelling, and domestic disputes from neighboring tenants. I have documented police calls, security calls, noise complaints, video recordings, as well as contacting both management and the property owners. Yet, the noise issue continues and... still nothing has been resolved. Management is also fully aware my young daughter wakes up frightened from the yelling, but that is clearly none of there concern. Further, the complex is crawling with homeless who are free to walk through the frequently broken gates. Our vehicle alongside multiple other residents has been broken into, only to be told by management security was not onsite. Parking is also very limited with no rules being enforced. The same vehicles will repeatedly be ticketed with tow warnings, and that is the extent of parking enforcement. I'm generally not one to leave reviews, but College Park has been nothing short of a nightmare. Potential residents should be aware of what takes place at the complex and how it is managed as well.

Not worth the cost

By no means is College Park a bad complex, but it is not worth what they charge their residents. Management is also somewhat incompetent. The maintenance crew are the only one's who seem to know what they are doing. With what they are charging for rent you would think this is some sort of high end luxury living type of place when in reality it's a decent place where a lot of stuff breaks and sometimes transients get inside the complex

Rude Staff/ Poor Management

The staff is incredibly rude to their tenants and target those who offer suggestions or complaints. We had a severe wasp infestation for weeks. After multiple complaints they tried to tell me there was no way there were wasps in our unit. I vaccummed THREE wasps and had to show the employee my Dyson tank. Unacceptable.

If it’s not one thing it’s another

Don’t move here! Please save yourself the stress. Where do I start? Cars broken into, random workers just walking into your apartment because they have the wrong one. The girls at the front office are bitchy and try to downplay everything. Parking is horrible. Zero communication from management. Like seriously? And their security officers lie to cover their own asses claiming they’re patrolling but aren’t. We moved in back in May and have regretted it ever since. Every couple weeks there’s... something else happening. Save yourself the headache and don’t move here. Protect your family.

Horrible Management and Constant Excuses

My roommate and I lived at college park apartments for 2 years. In the beginning things seemed great however as time went on the lack of any management or business acumen by staff became obvious. Maintenance staff are the only ones that seem to do their job without issue. The premises had a security access gate that was not fixed for at least 6 months allowing anyone to walk in even without a key fob. Parking passes were not enforced leaving little to no parking for paying tenants inside of the... gated area forcing us to park on the street outside where multiple vehicles were broken into regularly. Left messages with Management staff numerous times to never have them once follow up. When it comes to paying your rent their payment fees are $26 per transaction and on many occasions they would still put notices on your door for the entire complex to see stating unpaid rent even though you did and when confronted about the issues they would say it was an error in their accounting. Their security is claimed but is non existent. Had 15 vehicles get broken into within the gated area in one night. You can look at the crimes reported to Upland Police department and this is an easy access area according to the police with constant reports of theft. The security cameras in place had been left set not to record when asked for footage after vehicle break in and theft. Upon leaving the apartments and submitting final payment was sent to a debt collector even though they had cashed the check and when confronted with it they gave another excuse about how their phones had been down all week as if that has something to do with their mishandling of payment reporting. They are full of every useless excuse imaginable and flat out don't return calls when you ask to have a manager contact you. Stay as far away from them as possible.
