This apartment building is on its last leg. The building is falling apart and has mold everywhere. Lots of tenants have had huge issues and people are leaving left and right. The floor is slanted in several directions, maintenance is a joke, managment by Westside habitats is inhumane and the prices here are out of control. They charge for everything, $50 for parking which is not even secured with homeless breaking in all the time and things getting stolen. Mail getting stolen, no cameras, gross... pool and a full rent increase every single year. Just stay away.

Totally not worth it
Probably one of the most expensive slum apartments you can find. Zero amenities other than a pool that is cloudy every summer and is not heated. No security or cameras, packages stolen every week, homeless breaking into garage all the time. Management is a joke. No replies to phone calls or texts, repairs take forever. My apartment flooded over 6 times before anyone did anything and then only because everything was full of mold. Now they listed it $400 more than I was paying. Thank god I am out... of there. The building is also for sale so who knows what will happen next there. Just stay away.
