Living in this building has been a disappointment from day one. The management is completely useless when it comes to security. My motorcycle was stolen, and they couldn’t care less. They wouldn’t even let me see the security footage to provide description about the thief to the police report. Do you like your car broken into, do you have a motorcycle you would want stolen? Inside your apartment, do you like loud music and parties, you like that big grass area by the basketball courts filled with dog poop that's never cleaned. Then this place is for you. Besides your car being broken into your motorcycle will get stolen. There's been multiple incidences of numerous car break-ins same night. Also multiple motorcycles stolen same day. I love the building they did a wonderful job on the design and layout . Love the gas stoves , kitchen design and all of the amenities. Very quiet . Security is awesome . Staff is always helpful. I usually leave once my lease is up in these buildings they can lose there luster quickly.but I have renewed once and will renew again . Manny in maintenance is always so helpful. Michael and Lawrence are God sent .
