Stay Away from This Property

Having lived here for almost two years, I can confidently say this complex is a huge disappointment. Between poor construction and a management team that ignores tenant needs, this is not a place you'll want to call home.

The building itself is terribly built, with almost no soundproofing. You can hear everything--footsteps from neighbors above, doors slamming, and even phone vibrations from next door. One of the worst problems is the gym, which is too close to the units. For a long time, it...
had no proper flooring to reduce noise, causing constant disruptions. After numerous complaints, management finally put a few rubber mats down, but only over a small area. This "solution" felt like a half-hearted attempt to pretend they'd addressed the issue.

Management's response to tenant concerns is, simply put, awful. They frequently ignore complaints, claiming they didn't receive emails or saying they "will look into it"--promises that are never kept. Even after reaching out to both the leasing office and the regional property manager about the ongoing noise issues, nothing has been done. It's clear their main focus is on collecting rent, not on tenant satisfaction.

If you value peace and quiet and expect a management team that actually listens and responds, do yourself a favor and avoid this property. Living here has only shown us all the problems--both in the building and with management. Don't make the same mistake we did.

Noises and bad management

I have been living in this building in Woodland Hills for almost two years, and to this day, many issues remain unresolved. The noise from the gym continues, and it’s incredibly disruptive. However, the maintenance team is exceptional — they always respond quickly, and I genuinely admire their work. They’re the only department here that deserves praise.

Unfortunately, the management is completely unhelpful. Specifically, the manager, Burton, is incredibly — he never to help -related issues and...
avoids any form of communication. He always nice and smile front of you, but in the real …. They consistently ignore tenant concerns, often never replying to emails unless you specifically request a response within a set timeframe. They’ve lied directly to my face, saying they’ll handle things or make calls, but they never follow through. The noise from the upstairs neighbors is unbearable, at all hours — day, night, morning. When they clean their apartment, it sounds like they’re demolishing walls. The soundproofing in this building is awful; I can even hear my neighbors flushing their toilets. The poor construction makes it hard to live here peacefully. Management’s lack of response and honesty only makes things worse.

Impressive building

I visited the property and was amazed at how clean and well managed it appeared. The amenities were top notch and well maintained. The staff were welcoming and very personable. I was left with a great experience and although the available units did not meet my needs I will keep tabs on possible openings that would.
