The washing machines are in desperate need of an upgrade. But everyone is so nice and helpful. They are quick to respond, and I feel very safe here.

Most neighbors have common kindness, then the others who decide not to pick up after thier animals, or have difficulty putting trash in correct trash bin ; makes it difficult on everyone .

Good service and conditions provided! I really like that the main entrance doors are closed for the safety of the people living there!


I don't really like that on the 4th floor of house 7793 there are dirty roads from the elevator exit to the apartment!

Good amenities such ad a gym and pool but staff and maintenance aren't the best. Maintenance people need more training. Overpriced imo on utilities.
