Bugs and lots of needed repairs
We lived here for just under a year I’m glad that we didn’t sign a longer lease. These apartments were put together cheaply and in a hurry. We were putting in maintenance requests at least once a week. We had a bed bug problem the whole time, we are very clean people so we had to get out immediately. That being said they do address issues quickly. But just remember when you pay such cheap rates, you’re going to get pests and need to request for a lot of repairs. You get what you pay for... ???????They also don’t let kids do sidewalk chalk! That’s just crazy to me. I tried to put a windchime up and they told me to take it down

We have and continue to make considerable upgrades to our apartments which include: new cabinets, black appliances, wood style flooring/desirable... carpeting, and modern two-tone paint. We do our due diligence in ensuring that concerns of pests are taken care of prior to move in, during tenancy and after move out, by conducting preventative pest control treatments.
