Everything I want. Where do I start?

Stefany who works at The Stapleton leasing office is the best, and The Stapleton gave me a thoughtful welcome on my move-in day, like a fancy hotel. I was welcomed on my move-in day with an outdoor mat that displays "Welcome" outside my unit, new essential items that came complimentary with the unit like toilet papers, towel paper, soap bars, kitchen items and Clorox to-go disinfecting wipes which were decorated with origami designs and in a housewarming goodie bag! I was told multiple times... that if I need anything (to a reasonable extent of course), maintenance is a call away 24/7 and is included in the fixed monthly utilities which is super low. I love that everything in the unit was cleaned right before my move-in date and that even after I spot checked, I could not find any dirt or grime. My studio comes with 2 closets and one of them is a really big walk-in closet. The Stapleton has got ample parking in their 3 parking lots that are free to residents.

There are also free breakfast with lots of options and free lunch during the week at The Stapleton where you would be notified via text message at least a day ahead of time. The staff are really nice and chill.

The building where my unit is has a private courtyard with trees and a gate, so I feel safe going outside to our courtyard where non-residents cannot trespass our gate and tall fence.

Great Staff!

Sunday and RJ are absolutely fantastic!! Everyone at this property is. Not only do they answer any questions I have or fix any problems, they’re always so kind and sometimes that’s all we need. Thank y’all for being so awesome!!

Improving

There have been various issues while renting in the past, but things are improving. We were infested with roaches, but now i haven't seen one in months. Management does their best to provide small events, free donuts, breakfast, coffee, raffels, etc.

Negative Stars

This place is awful. Situated in the worst area or Denver metro, crime, drugs, theft. The apartment was riddled with roaches and bedbugs, management demanded to come in monthly for various reasons. Mostly to spray for insects, which never went away. Everything in the apartment broke while living there, lease is 10 months. Shower was broken from day one, management was notified and claimed they'd fix it, they never did. Our property was stolen from the parking lot and they did nothing to help,... claiming they would check the camera footage and they never did. There was a shooting in our building at 2am one night, management never sent an email to address the matter or to ease oue minds. Bottom line, don't move here, it's garbage. Worst experience I've ever had renting.
