Management was awesome to work with everything was explained in detail. Apartment is in great shape. Smelled nice. With great cleanliness As a tenant, I'm sure my experiance living here will be awesome as well!

Poor management

I have been living here for 3 years. First year I had to go without heat in the middle of winter because they refused to repair anything, until the 3 major news outlets caught wind of it. There have been vehicles stolen out of a paid to park parking lot with so called security patrols that you never see. We get charged extra fees for parking, package lockers and garbage removal who in turn, instead of taking your trash out they simply shove it down into the trash can and claim they cant remove... it from the trash can. This apartment complex is not recommended unless you cant afford another place.

Dirty, no hot water, terrible management and maintenance

Make sure to get an electric kettle for yourself because you will not have hot water. Work request will not be completed. That is where the electric kettle comes in handy so you can wash dishes effectively by hand because maintenance refuses to actually fix a dishwasher. Hope you like cold showers too! The cockroaches here are rampant just like the destructive children who make the gym their personal playground. Safety is not a priority here at all for tenants as spare keys will "randomly" get... lost with no solution provided by management. Please live somewhere else for your own mental and physical wellbeing. I do not know how this place has 4 stars.

Mold, stairs falling through, infestations, unresponsive management/maintenance, etc etc

How do you feel about living in a moldy apartment? How about constant ant infestations that are untreated even though you are charged pest control fees? How about unresponsive management and maintenance team? Or sketchy neighbors that are dealing drugs or revving their ridiculous mufflers outside your window? Asphalt fumes? Pools that are closed due to negligence even though you still pay for amenities? Being overcharged on move-out even though you had to move due to uninhabitable conditions?... How about seeing several neighbors throwing out bed bud infected furniture? Having 2 different trash fees and no recycling? Generally having a large number of additional fees added to your rent? Water that spontaneously swings between being icy cold and dangerously hot? Having stairs fall through as you are walking up to your apartment? If your answer is no to any of these questions, then I would not suggest living here. This is the absolute worst home I have ever been in. My partner and I needed a last minute apartment because he was very ill and caring for him meant changing homes. Moving here was a mistake. The breaking point was when the apartment ignored our 8 requests to address the mold growing through our popcorn ceiling while my partner was immune compromised. We then sought legal help and told them they were breaking the warrant of habitability and they agreed to end our lease. In the meantime, the maintenance guy finally came by, denied the water damage and the mold, sprayed it with some mystery product (which then coated all of our kitchen appliances, food, and dishes below) and then said it was all fixed. Oh yeah, during the same week one of the stairs leading up to the apartment above us literally fell through because it was deteriorating. This place needs to be reported. It is absolutely unsafe and uninhabitable. We moved to a new apartment and it is 1000% better, more spacious, clean, protected, more amenities, etc etc and costs about the same.

Worst apartment complex in the history.

This Apartment complex is a JOKE and that might be and understatement. Management is terrible. Never answers your calls or emails. We’ve never been able to get in residential portal. Let alone they took 800 out of our deposit for rent then took it back two months later and said we were responsible for the money. THEY MESSED UP. Pool hasn’t been open all season, gym hasn’t even begun to open. Trash everywhere. Ants all over the laundry room, maintenance guys getting high and drunk on the clock on... their golf carts. Our apartment flooded the first week we lived here in March and still have had no one to come check things. This is an awful complex. We are seeking legal help. I just want to warn anyone that is thinking about moving here. Don’t.
