We were super excited for this place and loved the tour. BUT, everything after that went to crap. We had to initiate every conversation after that. We had to push to get our information approved multiple times. After we got approved, we heard NOTHING! Still haven't heard anything. We decided to go with a different place because of the staffs LACK of communication and utter disregard for common courtesy. When I asked for our admin fee to be refunded we were told we only had 48 hours until after... approval to get a refund. We were NEVER told this information from the start. We never heard anything back. ALSO, believe the reviews. These poor people are desperately trying to be heard and the reviews are what turned us off to this place. These are abnormally BAD, and from our own experience, I believe them!

RUN AWAY
Seriously AVOID THIS PLACE. Overpriced. Dog poop everywhere. Was told pool would be open by end of July and still isn’t open December 11th Our unit was clearly thrown together. There were giant gaps between the wall and stairs which led to a massive rodent problem in our unit. Scratched countertops. Plaster on the floors and INSIDE our vents. Trash compactor is always full so we have hundreds of trash bags piled up around it. Management is rude and has zero respect for the residents. They are... highly focused on selling the property and have zero interest in fixing the issues with this place. Counting down the days until we can get out of this hell. After speaking to the regional manager, nothing has changed. If you like overpaying for a place where your packages stolen, where you’ll be surrounded by trash and dog poop, where you’ll never have the amenities that were promised to you when you signed your lease, where homeless people sleep in the fitness center and pet spa, and where management constantly harasses you for renters insurance (even though you’ve sent it over to them 3 times), then this is the perfect place for you. Despite the many attempts we have made to work with Ladora through the many challenges we have faced since our lease began, they continue to refuse to address any of our concerns. Additionally, they refuse to allow us to leave our lease without any financial penalties regardless of how much they promised and never delivered.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience as our pool was closed due to construction in the summer. We'll be sure to provide our residents... with an update on reopening and estimate opening on Memorial Day Weekend. We'd be happy to send our service team to your apartment to address any pending repairs. Our service team does their best to pick up pet waste during their daily upkeep of our community and we'll continue to remind our residents of our guidelines as they are responsible for picking up after their pets. As for our trash compactor, we've found that the issue is that many of our residents place waste in front of the compactor versus inside. Our service team addresses this every morning, seven days a week. Since we're unable to verify your residency and reach out to you, we kindly ask that you stop by our office or give us a call at (720) 994-4944.

RUN AWAY
We have mice coming through the gaps in our stairs. We have caught 8 in the last 2 days. Our AirPods were stolen from Ladora’s package room on Friday October 13, 2023 and we have been told Ladora is doing nothing to remedy this situation. Additionally, they are refusing to call the police and make a report.
Despite the many attempts we have made to work with Ladora through the many challenges we have faced since our lease began, they continue to refuse to address any of our concerns.... Additionally, they refuse to allow us to leave our lease without any financial penalties regardless of how much they promised and never delivered. Avoid this place at all costs!
