We have left some of the original interior that gives the house some charm and character but added the amenities needed to to bring it up to 2024 expectations. Located close to... downtown with easy access from Colorado Ave to downtown or Cucharras St. to S Tejon, this home could be perfect if you worked downtown or a server at one of the local restaurants?
Fresh paint on the exterior and interior has brightened up this cozy house.
The Kitchen has been remodeled with new cabinets, counters, appliances. We added a small breakfast bar to easy meals. The bath has a clawfoot tub/shower like a lot of older homes with a new vanity/sink/toilet/light.
