Just don't do it

Miserable place to live. Smells bad, dirty, some VERY unhinged neighbors. Say goodbye to your deposit, it's not coming back.

Please be advised

Someone was recently killed in this complex. Parking lot is trash, windows And disgusting and do not close all the way which cause terrible drafts and the windows ice over during the winter. Trail behind the parking lot brings shady shady individuals though the property throughout the night. If your neighbors smoke you’ll smell it in your apartment. They say no pets but half the residents have them claiming their service animals but they behave more like wild animals. Dirty laundry room with... crap washers and dryers. Not vents in the bathroom so there’s always mold, we were told to take showers with the door open and bleach the walls every week. they use your deposit when you move out for “cleaning” plus charge extra for whatever they can. Tyler is nice the other workers are miserable people with miserable attitudes, probably cause they deal with nothing but complaints all day. Cops are there on a weekly basis, blatant drug deals happen 24/7. Please be advised about renting from this place.

Don't Move Here

My apartment is a small one bedroom. On the surface, some of it looks reasonable enough (considering), until you look down, or around and closer. The carpet is revolting. I objected to it, ultimately they did not change it; they just insisted it was fine, than averted my eyes. The bedroom closet doors are impossible to maneuver and are antiquated. And the window sills flood inordinately every time it rains of any consequence; thus requiring me to mop it up with my kitchen towels. In the monsoon... weeks, that is twice a day. Many of their refrigerators are old and dying the loud, buzzing death. The windows are also antiquated and are cumbersome to open/shut, and very noisy. There is a metal frame strip on the outside of the living room window that bangs repeatedly in higher winds, which they will not fix. There are often young people yapping and hollering and hanging out in the parking lot outside our apartment doors till late at night. And the condition of the hall and entry carpet/flooring, and walls are pretty lackluster. Although not the norm, the current office manager and handimen are a pretty good crew. However, the owners are the problem. They continue to raise the rents annually, giving nothing in return, no matter if you have been a responsible renter. If you move out, no matter how perfect you have left your apartment, don't count on getting your deposit back. They tack on questionable fees to everything. If you transfer to another apartment, even being a good renter, it will cost you twice as much as your monthly rent; for bogus transfer fees, app. and lease and any old term they can muster fees, until it is almost comically obvious that the owners are trying to suck you dry every chance they can, because they can. Many people sneak out of here because they have a 'charge you to leave fee'!! There are no incentives to being a good renter. They raise your rent without doing necessary repairs and improvements, they raise it when the environment your are in is problematic. They don't care to see you, acknowledge you, speak to you. They leave monster pot holes in the parking entry ways for a very long time before they are patched up. So what they are doing with all that extra money they are deriving out of a sub-par structure, is living in posh and plentitude while the tenants are dwelling in the cast-off zone! You know the kind!
