Half of this listing is lies. Units do not have AC, washer/dryer, garbage disposals, or even an oven range. Landscaping is fine for the bare minimum, but is by no means includes a courtyard, picnic area, zen garden. Laundry room exists, but only 1 of the 3 washers and dryers ever "work" at a time. Also, there are rats in the walls that they refuse to do anything about. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
