I lived there for 9 years and watched this place get turned over to a new management company every few months. Nothing good ever came from those new companies. The foundation is shifting, the doors need replaced as well as the windows or your heat bill is through the roof. It’s infested with roaches and nothing is being done about it. The first floor units flood every time there is a heavy rainfall and nothing gets done. Maintenance hardly ever answers your requests. I have put so many requests... in and nothing ever got fixed. When I said I was withholding rent till my place was made habitable again they served us with a demand notice so we moved out and they gave us a hard time about that. Of course they have switched management companies again. Majority of the complex has moved out due to all the issues that don’t get fixed. They paint the outside of the building and say that is an upgrade that allows them to raise the rent it’s ridiculous. If you want a clean safe healthy place to live then stay away from this place.

Great service and communication
I am a long time resident here at Foothills West Apartments. In the short time the new owners have acquired the property they have set up a fantastic communication structure with Property Managers, Atlas points of contact and Maintenance. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly and professionally. Atlas also calls and confirms the maintenance was performed and properly. They are easily accessible for questions regarding your billing and resolve items quickly. My experience so far with this... company has been very positive.
