Best management EVER
I have lived at the Emory for a couple of months and to be honest its one of the best apartments i have lived at, management is great, they are always on top of things and very respectful, maintenance is beyond awesome with how fast they fix things. Can't thank them enough with everything they do.

Perfect loving apartments
New management crew they’re very nice outgoing attending every need . Fix anything within same day it doesn’t pass days like other places. They act upon notice right away security is good safe and everything like stores is near by . As to laundromat it’s inside the apartment unit no need to go out in the cold. Neighbors are humble, nice, and respectful just like the new management crew of the apartments. Check it out for yourself great results that’ll you get at the Emory Apartments. I love it... here. School are nearby also elementary and high school....

I live at the Emory Apartments in Colorado Springs, CO with my husband. Recently, we put in a work order for work to be done in the bathroom. The manager had filled out the work order for the work to get done. The maintenance came over and checked out the work to be done. He got to work of repairing the hole in the ceiling. Previously, he asked about painting the bathroom. For two more days, he came over and repaired the bathroom problems. When I did have a question of the bathroom work, he... stopped, listened, and answered my question. I think he did a very good job. I appreciate the work he did very much. S.

Do Not Move Here!!!
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Especially in building 4265. This last year has been the worst year ever out of all the years I've been here. Upstairs neighbors are extremely noisy from 630 am until 11pm. I complained to the new manager Jennifer about the situation and the noise stopped for 2 days. Made 2 more complaints and Jennifer said she was giving them a 3 day notice. That was in December, it's April and these people are still here. 5 people in a 1 bedroom apt. I complained again but nothin ever... happens so I give up. It's like they'll let anybody off the street move in. They offered to let me out of my lease rather than fix the problem. Bottom line is thus is not a nice quiet place to live anymore.

I'm sorry to hear that you continue to have issues your neighbors. I have reached out to your neighbors with each complaint that you've submitted and I'm disheartened to hear that it hasn't resolved the issue as they've said it would. I'm sorry to... say that the legal procedure to evict based on noise and occupancy violations is a long process requiring a lot of documentation and, most importantly, help from the aggrieved parties. I am continuing on with the process, as I have been, and encourage you to continue informing me of any instances of violation by leaving a message with the office. Unfortunately, if you do give up on informing us, we won't know that the problem is continuing. We are also working on getting a contract with a new courtesy patrol company who will respond and address complaints such as this immediately on the spot. You, and the entire property, will be receiving information about this within this month. In the meantime, should any incidents occur during office hours, please let me know so I can address it as it's happening. It's always difficult and unfortunate when neighbors refuse to abide by the community rules, and our staff will continue to enforce the rules as fairly as possible. Lastly, we absolutely do accept anyone who qualify on our resident criteria, which is available on the first page of our applications (both online and on paper), and all of our residents do have the option of breaking their lease as outlined within their lease. I am going to continue working on resolving this issue for you, and hope to hear from you soon.
