The Flats at Aeropark is a truly wonderful place to live. Small commute to downtown colorado springs, Very modern and new buildings / apartments. The Leasing staff are some of the most kind , professional staff ive ever encountered. The move in process was smooth and lightning quick. Very afforadable for the quality. Lauren is an angel super professional, kind and tentative. She will take time out of her day personally to help you out, truly a pleasure interacting with her.

When I first moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado, I went to 14 other apartment complex in the city. None of them had elevators, the views, the convenience (via Powers) whether you head south 3 lights to the airport or north 3 lights to Walmart or 5 lights to the larger shopping district of the city. The design of the apartment layout is modern and beside the online convenience fee the only thing The Flats at Aero Park is missing is an Amazon Delivery Locker system. On numerous occasions (like... around 50% of the time) delivery drivers aren’t able to access the building and simply log the delivery as undeliverable causing continuous problems with package delivery outside of USPS who has permanent mailboxes on the property. More food truck events please and thank you and if you want the best place in Colorado Springs to live come checkout The Flats at Aero Park just behind the unbelievably convenient new 24 hour Maverick gas station which you wouldn’t think is convenient but really is.

Best Place in Colorado Springs
I have nothing but great experiences with the staff here! The office personnel has been great about any question I have had. Both Samantha and Lauren have been very knowledgeable. Even the Maintenance have been great! Both Garrett and Sean have taken care of any maintenance request I have put in! I highly recommend living here!
