My fiancé and I have been living here coming up on a year in October 2015. Everything is always breaking in the apartment and I think the Maintanence man might be on drugs so I try and fix things like leaking sinks. But when out Wall AC that must be 20 years old breaks down then that requires people to come in. We also had a problem where the steps from the third story steps outside broke and nearly feel on a fellow resident. It has so far takin 3 months for them to work on them. They are almost... half way done. We are left with 1 way up and down. Very frustrating! Our car has been hit twice in the cramped parking. Cheap rent but extra un needed stress.
