I have no clue who has been giving the property 5 star reviews but, everyone I talk to who lives here with me is in absolute shock at how bad the complex has gotten. We have trash everywhere, glass all over the property along with dog mess. The staff laughably hides behind privacy glass now while bragging “it’s great! Everyone leaves us alone now”. The program they use to pay rent has additional charges, some upwards of 3.25% with no cap in fee.That’s a $75 charge for them to take my money,... not including the nearly $400 price increase from AMC taking over the complex! Ever since AMC has taken over the property, it’s been absolutely awful. Crime, gunshots, cops being called and cars being broken into. Do yourself a favor and do NOT move here. Talk to the residents and not the staff if you want to consider it. Your money and sanity will be much better spent anywhere else.

AMAZING PROPERTY, AMAZING STAFF!!!
The property is amazing and the staff are even better! Gino took very good care of us when we were applying and continues to take care of us now that we’re living here! I have not had one thing to complain about since I’ve been here. I would highly recommend this complex to everyone!

Brand new community with amazing features and amenities! Maintenance keeps the community very well maintained and clean. Gino and Kristen are extremely helpful and consistently go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Overall best place to live in Denver!
