No cell phone service in unit had to sit on patio to have conversation. Can't use garage for storage or they will write you up for not parking your car in the garage. I drive a F-150 and can't fit in there but still got wrote up? After 7pm you won't be able to park in the property because they do nothing for visitors parking wherever however long. Street noise and neighbors noise is easily heard through wall including when they flush the toilet or take a shower. Very strict no smoking policy.... They searched our whole building because there were cig butts on cement. My apartment has a security camera and they searched my dresser drawers and personal items when asked why they stated for "maintenance reasons".
