I moved into 1041 N Ogden St (Beacon Hill) apartments 2 months ago, and so far it has been great. The office managers are extremely friendly and helpful, any work order requests are handled incredibly quickly, and the neighbors are generally younger, easy-going friendly folks. The only thing I'm not thrilled about is that the washer machines only take quarters, but it's a small complaint. The apartments are clean, well-insulated, and private. Very happy to live here for the coming year!

great place to live
I have very much enjoyed the 6 months I have lived at Beacon Hill. Management responds in a very timely manner, there is parking available, and the apartments are nice inside. There are many washer and dryer units, so you rarely have to wait to do your laundry, which is a huge plus for me. The building is also in a prime location.
