DON'T LIVE HERE

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Management is horrible. Parking is a joke. Maintenance is slow and unresponsive. You can hear your neighbors through the walls. You can hear the traffic through the windows. There are WAY better places to live in the area and even worth paying more to avoid this place!

DO NOT LIVE HERE

We lived here for a year before leaving in which we did like it. I WOULD NOT LIVE HERE. They charged us over $800 for a cleaning fee for cleaning that they should have performed themselves. Pictures they sent include hair on the floor, fingerprints, and dryer lint. I have NEVER lived in a place where you need to get professional grout and carpet cleaners to come in an clean or you will be charged. Further, for writing this review I received an email from the management complaining about my... previous post. This is why reviews are so important. The pictures that were sent to me that I requested of the damage do not add up to $800 they sent me pictures of the sink which had dust from moving out a month before they performed the walk through, light bulbs that were out, a picture of fingerprints, and ice in the freezer. I could not post pictures to this review but if you have any questions about living here please feel free to message me. This company is hungry for money and should be taken to court. Very disappointed in how this management handled loyal tenants who paid rent on time every month and followed all procedures for over a year.

Excellent!!!

My family recently moved from Texas which was super stressful. The manager and leasing agent helped a great deal in reducing the stress for us. From the application process to move in they were always willing to answer questions and even send me pictures of our actual unit since we would be moving in site unseen. The property is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Well worth the rent.
