Location is okay, the rental price not so much. Trash regulation has gotten better but then you see random furniture on the sidewalk for days. Kinda weird.

Wonderful neighbors over in the H building :) It's been relatively quiet. The college kids screaming in the pool around 12-1AM are extremely obnoxious though.
