Tenants are responsible for electric (Xcel - previous years avg. $60.62 a month), gas (Atmos - previous years avg. $82.58 a month) and trash. Owner takes care of water and lawn care. No pets.

ALL college students will require a co-signer on the lease.

Residential qualification requirements: $45 app fee for all tenants over the age of 18, must make 2x the monthly rent in household income, must pass: credit, background, rental history and employment verification checks. Deposit is the same as 1 months rent.
