I appreciate the front staff-- they're very kind and helpful. I also love the building's location and the amenities inside the building as well as in the area. The apartments are thoughtfully designed and perfect for me and my dog Dobby! The staff at 14W is truly amazing!

Generally, it is a nice place to live, but the elevator key fobs and the gym used to be better maintained. The communications protocol also used to be better, for instance when some event happens we often learn of it too late. It has a good location and amenities, and the long-term staff are great.

Love living here! The staff is like family and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. Best decision I’ve ever made. The amenities are also top tier.

Unfortunately, someone nearby has a dog he refuses to control and screams at so loudly I can hear it inside the apartment with headphones on.

Great building! No complaints and exciting community to be apart of. The sensors on the elevators are a little wonky but the mail service, concierge and other amenities are wonderful.
