A year will be in March 2025. Besides Residents not being considerate of others at times. I like it here. The area is mostly quiet and very convenient.

i do not have any major complaints. I enjoy living here. Management and maintenance has been great. My only complaint is that the walls are thin and I can hear my neighbors doing laundry and playing loud music.

Every management stuffs are very helpful and friendly.
I like the events being hold sometimes a year, many residents and stuffs can gathering to communicate and grab some food. That's really nice.

Smooth move-in process so far! Everyone has been very nice and the place looks clean. All the instructions were clear and made the whole onboarding process a breeze.

I have been a resident for less than a month.
My greatest love is the garden where I find fresh air in the early mornings . The 24 hour security brings me much comfort. The noise level inside the facility is at a minimum. However, the vehicular traffic from Connecticut Avenue and other side streets is unbearable, especially early in the morning when sleep is being disturbed. The outside lights also prevent problems in the bedroom. Drapes are desperately needed.
