Living at 77H has been great so far. I have made almost daily use of the amenities (gym, coffee machine, etc.), and the staff has been very friendly and helpful with questions and package pick-ups. Maintenance has also been quick to respond to work orders.

We move in a week ago and it’s been amazing, the apartment is really nice and the amenities really good. The move in process was very easy and organized.

Wonderful staff! The building is very clean. I love the tenant events as well. I enjoy having the pool in the summer. Have lived here for over 5 years now.

77h is a real good place to be I haven’t ever experienced living here as of yet but eventually I will be
Experiencing life and living here I still in the process of getting the last little bit of funding together to live
Here I have seen what the apartment looks like and I like the apartment and I have met with one of the leasing consultants and he was pretty nice and professional with the leasing process and paperwork and the location is great for the building
