Great amenities, staff, and apartments. Did a great job clearing the building and driveway during the snowstorm to keep residents safe. Leading/rental office is communicative and 24 hr concierge is very helpful when things go wrong!

I have been at Elevation at Gateway for four months now. I still love it here. The location is great, my apartment is nice, the amenities are great and the parties and activities for the residents are fantastic. My initial rating on moving in has been downgraded because I am not able to retract the blind in my living area. For three months now I have been waiting to have it repaired or replaced. Moreover, I only have warm water in my bathtub/shower since I moved in. I am not feeling very good... about this.

I love the cleanliness and refreshing feel I get when I walk inside the building. The residents are so welcoming. I love the walkable community and I love the food spots they are so close with 3 hour free parking.
