This building is a haven for danger—harassment, knife altercations, and zero security accountability plague the property. Management has repeatedly ignored urgent safety concerns, left the front desk unmanned during emergencies, and refused to take responsibility for their failures. Amazing apartment within walking distance to many great restaurants, stores, parks, and ballpark. I do not regret my decision to move here at all

Difficult time moving in this week - no one was available from leasing to provide timely assistance, even the front desk was not able to provide input. Had to be assisted by (very kind!) fellow residents, but also had multiple issues with locks in the front.
