My experience with West Half has been nothing short of exceptional. Their property is beautiful, with top-tier amenities that made it an easy choice after touring. While the property had everything I wanted, the true standout was the leasing team. It’s rare to encounter customer service, expertise, and patience on the level I experienced here. I just moved from Atlanta and prior to choosing West Half I toured multiple properties. Some were nice as well, but West Half stood out as the clear... winner for me. The professionalism and genuine care I was shown was a stark contrast from what I received from some other properties in the area..I would be justified in doing so, but I won’t say any names??. Anyway, If you want to feel truly valued and appreciated, in addition to having a comfortable place to call home, this is the place to be. Thank you Richard, Tanisha, and the rest of the West Half team that made my experience positive.

We just renewed our lease for 1205 collection. The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. You also can’t beat the location! The utilities are a bit high compared to some other buildings we’ve lived at, but we think the rent prices being fair makes it about even!
